As a former Team USA athlete and Harvard graduate, I personally experienced and learned how to balance the intense demands of being a top student while simultaneously training at an elite level and competing around the world at the highest level of competition.  After living through the challenges and rewards of this dual-pursuit firsthand, I was motivated to become an educational consultant to try and help other passionate and driven student-athletes balance the rigorous demands of academics and their sport.

Through my work as an educational consultant, I help students acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience to be exceptional stand-out students positioned as the strongest candidates possible for their target schools as well as prepared for future success.   I focus on helping my students balance and integrate their academic and extracurricular passions and talents to become stronger individuals and obtain important life skills along the way.  I strive to inspire my students to discover their passions, push themselves to achieve excellence, and make the most of the opportunities they have available to them while simultaneously enjoying the process and journey.  And most importantly, I help my students plan and prioritize to alleviate as much stress as possible so that they can stay focused on their goals and missions.

I hold a Certificate in College Advising from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College and am an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) which is the nation's largest and most recognized organization of independent educational consultants.  I primarily focus on coaching, planning, and prep for college and start working with many students as early as the end of grade 8.  I also work with younger students seeking to apply to Boston-area independent schools (private schools).  I specialize in working with not only figure skaters but student-athletes of other sports as well.
